This private villa boasts an unrivalled backdrop as its walled garden opens directly on to one of the Caribbean’s most beautiful beaches with golden white sand and warm, calm, azure waters.

On entering Landfall you are met with a striking open courtyard set around a fountain. This flower-filled oasis leads to a study, kitchen, gazebo dining area, a bar and outdoor entertaining areas overlooking the pool and Sandy Lane beach. The ground floor also features two substantial bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The upstairs space includes a TV-room and four generous ensuite bedrooms including the spectacular master suite. Two of the bedrooms upstairs have gorgeous balconies with sea views with the master bedroom having a particularly large and stunning balcony.

Laura’s Room, and the Balcony Room have twin beds. Single Beds can be made up separately or as a king size double bed with luxurious feather-filled topper mattresses.
The Blue Room has a queen size bed and an additional adjoining small bedroom.
Downstairs: The Garden Room and the Jacuzzi Room have twin beds. Single Beds can be made up separately or as a king size double bed with luxurious feather-filled topper mattresses.

Landfall has fabulous dining areas both indoors and outdoors that are perfect for entertaining. The villa also has a gorgeous interior courtyard, a bar area and a fully-equipped study and TV-room.
Pool & Jacuzzi:
The luxury villa boasts a large, 5 foot deep pool that is ideal for children and a heated jacuzzi.
Staff:
The experienced and friendly staff are one of Landfall’s main assets. The staff, including a butler and a cook, ensure that each guest has a wonderful and entirely relaxing holiday.
